OCSPResponse ASN.1 class is defined in RFC 6960 4.2.1.

    responseType   OBJECT IDENTIFIER,
    response       OCTET STRING }
id-pkix-ocsp           OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { id-ad-ocsp }
id-pkix-ocsp-basic     OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { id-pkix-ocsp 1 }

This constructor accepts all parameter of KJUR.asn1.ocsp.BasicOCSPResponse. Further more following property is needed:

{String}restype - only "ocspBasic" can be available
